Hello, I’m Nick. I have spent my entire career leading continuous improvement in global companies and consulting firms. I invented KaizAppas a result of my own profound experience of seeing first-hand how the use of technology helped people in organisations get better at following structured thinking and how that made a step change in performance. Along with my team, I am inviting you to join the movement to establish improvement thinking as a competitive advantage.

Martin Horn

Hello, I’m Martin. I am an experienced practitioner of World Class Manufacturing/TPS and Lean Process Design. Recognised as a western pioneer in this area, I was already invited to London to present a paper at only the ‘2nd International Conference on Just in Time Manufacturing’. I’ve since worked with over 50 companies across 15 sectors and 5 continents, as both a consultant and a corporate leader. For years I have listened to managers ask for something to help them sustain a culture of operational improvement. As soon as I saw the early concept design for KaizApp, I couldn’t resist the idea of bringing it to market as the precise answer to that need.

Hello, I'm Bruno. I am a lawyer and financial adviser with a particular focus on taxation and legal matters for both businesses and individuals, particularly foreign individuals who are changing residency. I work with global leaders, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals and relish the idea of connecting ideas and opportunities which enhance their performance. KaizApp helps give leaders more visibility and control of the improvements across their business and for finance professionals it is a solution which ensures the focus is on those improvements that provide the best financial returns.

Paul Collins

Hello, I’m Paul. I learned how to create value through continuous improvement when I was in charge of IBM’s ‘just in time’ manufacturing initiatives in the UK. After learning the consulting ropes at AT Kearney, I established my own consultancy WCI Group. I grew WCI to £63m (consulting and IT services sales revenue) and 350 staff and then sold part of the business to Private Equity in 2002. I resigned from my CEO role in WCI in 2004 and founded Equiteq LLP in 2005, now a leading investment bank in the knowledge economy. I am proud that my companies have won awards such as the FT Top 100 ‘Fastest Profit Growth’ company award and, two times winner of the Sunday Times ‘Best Company to Work For’ award.

Hello, I’m Lesley. I have enjoyed growing businesses my entire career. Many of my early roles were selling and marketing solutions to large enterprise customers and later managing and advising SME and start up companies across travel, services and healthcare. When I was introduced to KaizApp, I was struck by how cleverly it solves very real problems for customers looking to get everyone in their organisation to be attentive to better operating outcomes.
