Hello, I’m Ramiro. I help companies achieve operational excellence by identifying areas or systems to work on to achieve the greatest benefit with limited resources. I evaluate Lean/CI improvement processes to identify key gaps for sustainable initiatives. I’ve been involved with TPS for almost 40 years. My doctoral dissertation on JIT/TPS was the first research work published in the USA on the subject and I have led numerous successful multi-site transformations.
